What game to pick next on PS4

Just got finished Uncharted 4 and found it to be ok. Loved The Witcher,Fallout 4 and most of the Elder Scroll games. Played Mafia 3 and liked that some.
I keep seeing The Elder Scrolls online and am intrigued, but, a little overwhelmed with the idea of an online world. Besides buying the game, is there monthly fee involved, extra money for DLC, etc. if I were to get into that what should I buy first? Am I too late to jump onto the elder scrolls online shop?
Any other games out or upcoming like Witcher 3, Fallout4 and elder scrolls games for PS4?

Horizon Zero Dawn, this coming from a PC guy that bought a PS4, monitor with sound output, and KB/M converter just to play this and Last of Us. By they time you finish it the DLC will be out.

For Elder Scrolls Online, there is not a required monthly fee. You can chose to pay it and get all DLC and extra storage, but it isn't a requirement. I have quite a few hours into it and enjoy it a great deal.
