Im still getting used to judging putts on TP difficulty, but im 82.

I lip too many putts on Tour Pro. Even though the swing difficulty and mechanics are easier, I end up scoring near the same in these CC Tournaments as in my Career mode on Tournament/Simulation (I play on a custom difficulty in-between those).

I'm 81 right now. My need to bump up my Career difficulty to get more XP.

I started out on tour-pro, just because I've played the game before.
I haven't been playing my career lately though, just CC tourneys or I'd probably already be maxed out.

I actually feel like when I play with spin it ends up fricking me up more times than not, because I try to rely on it.

I quit using spin because before the patch you could swing with the right stick and control the spin with the left. After the patch, I guess it made it where both are used on the same stick. It fricked me all up

I started being more aggressive on putts and shot better on rds 2-3. I think I'm -14 after 3 rds on the TD torney.

It's not so much reading the greens as it is giving yourself easy putts.
I rarely have putts over 20 feet.
ETA: Once you get on the green, experience pays off, I've been playing TW for a few years and most of the time I know how much break to put in a putt.

It's all about putting and spin. I'll often overclub by a club or two just to be able to put enough spin on it

Just got my first hole in one on the game: second round of our Sawgrass tournament, third hole. Ball flew straight in. Will never do that again in my life.
