turtle beach vs tritton vs astro

i have owned all three major brands. they all have up sides but but the astro a50 sound is simply amazing and they are wireless. i was skeptical about wireless after owning turtle beach. tritton ax 720 have good sound but the wire is annoying the a50 have better sound than the trittons. if your in the market and have the cash dont settle for mediocrity. go with astro

comparison... turtle teach are wireless with great features but the lack in sound quality. trittons are wired with better sound than turtle beach and not many great features. astro have good not great features great sound and are wireless.

You know you can turn the volume on your tv all the way down so you can only listen to it through your headset...

yea im sorry bout the other night i didnt have my headset plugged in that was my tv playing the sound my kinect was picking it up.

i want to get on the box and play with you guys but im on 12th prestige on ps3 and trying to get to 15 before black ops 2 comes out. when i get to 15 ill play a lot on xbox

not at all bro i have been asking for weeks which headset to get. got a lot off opinions read a lot of reviews. i want the biggest advantage i can get in fps shooters and i believe i have found it with the a50.

I've owned various headsets for everything from PC, PS3, to Xbox and I can honestly say outside of functionality and comfort that there is not that much of a difference from one brand to the other. I admit I have never owned Astro's but I have gamed with some.
I am referring to surround sound headsets with a mix amp here. Not talking about stereo headsets though those are all the same too.

Like it even matters. If you have any brand of upper-tier headsets, it's an advantage in the gaming world. I have Turtle Beach X12s and have zero desire to upgrade to anything else. Great sound, bass control, I don't have to worry about wireless difficulties, and if you ain't wearing ninja I'm gonna rape your arse.

I had the x12s and I could never use those again. I have the TB x41s right now (7.1 wireless surround), so I have no reason to get a new headset
