They grant quickdraw and quicker reload on all Warlock subclasses and weapons.

I don't remember not being able to get a certain weapon before from IB. Now, it has always been luck of RNJ if it actually dropped, but I thought the post game rewards could drop any of the IB loot for that week instead of limiting it to just two items.

Well you have quickdraw as a subclass perk for Bladedancer and an evade in shade step for Nightstalker.
Warlocks have no evade and have to use their exotic slot for quickdraw and reload.

Hunters have fricking badass perks. The problem I have is that I don't use them enough. I'm the worlds worst about forgetting that I have shadestep.

Why do I keep seeing people post that hunters must be "squishy" or all recovery/agility and no armor?
I put all my stats into armor/agility and none into recovery and love the way my hunter plays

Whereas I run a Blade Dancer with a Midas, rolled to give me +2 agility before the exotic perks. I combined that with the dancing shoes, and I'm just really fricking fast. If I don't have the upper hand, I run Haha.
It's fun to mess with snipers, because the ones in public play are just not expecting it and always shoot behind me.

I mean it doesn't take 10 mins.
I like being able to stand and take bullets while I'm putting in headshots from my pulse rifle. I'm usually far enough away to survive with the high armor.
I also see a lot about the hawksaw too but I prefer the hopscotch. The stability on that thing is insane

If someone has the vendor hawksaw and you're both shooting at one another in mid-range distance, the Hawksaw will win out every single time if the person is competent and decent with the gun. Hopscotch's archtype is not in the meta and Hawksaw's is.

it's not the best type of weapon you can use.
Right now the Meta in the crucible for Destiny is fast ROF pulse rifles and shotguns. About this time last year, the slower ROF pulses were the meta, NIrwen's Mercy among some others, but now it's Hawksaw, Blind Perdition, Grasp of Malok.
Snipers also were the meta until the recent nerf. That's why you see so many shotguns now.
