Im looking to cut back on gaming a lot, but it is hard as it is an addiction. I really want to quit during the week. Maybe play a bit on the weekends if I have nothing to do. How do I go about doing so?

hire hookers to supply you with all the attention you crave?? Then maybe you'll be able to quit the board too??

For the longest time during the week ive come home, cooked, put in a dip, and played. Its habbit. Im not getting rid of the machine as I like netflix and the movies.
Plenty of the guys here are married and seem to be on more than me. Not an option.

I just have a lot going on during the week that I can't play all the time. Or sometimes, I'll get on for maybe 30 minutes to an hour at the end of the day. As long as it doesn't interfere with anything else in your life, I don't see it being a problem.

Because the passion isnt there to play like it used to be, its just a habbit I need to break.

Sell the PS3 or Xbox and buy a Wii

Start playing organized sports or something. I recently started softball 3 nights a week, cut back on my gaming time considerably.

I would say have a kid but Croacka proves that to be a non-issue daily.
