here's the real question: Is this a 2 week purchase? Will COD:AW have staying power once Halo : Master Chief Edition drops? That's quite a uphill battle

I believe so, nostalgia can only take you so far. MCC seems like it will be fun to pick up from time to time to break up the COD gameplay.
