Its a direct pretty much the size of an E3 presentation, which tells me a few things.

1. Most likely Nintendo won't be introducing anything new, but provide information on games that are already out (like always).

2. Fire Emblem Warriors has teased a few additions over the months on SM so they'll most likely reveal everything there.

3. Super Mario Odyssey and Zelda (DLC) are almost a guarantee to be shown. Both are literally a month and some change away from being released.

4. If you expect Smash to be revealed, then you're an idiot.

So yeah. Hope you guys enjoy.

Hoping for VC information, but not expecting ay before the SNES Classic dies down.

I do think we'll get a Pikim or AC mention....would be my guess for something big.

I'm glad the biggest news of the Direct, Wolfenstein 2, is buried and 5 seconds long.

That's a current gen game, not an old port a la Doom. That's huge. That's a Day 1 for me. Probably Doom as well.

Solid direct overall, but nothing mindblowing....as expected.

It is a ton of good news overall and SMO keeps looking better and better and better and better. Kirby looks like a solid party title and Xenoblade looks like generally crazy Japanese RPG stuff. I'm in.

I'm guessing the 3DS is around for another 3 years....ugh.

I have to say Super Mario Odyssey looks like so much fun. The amount you'll be looking for in that game seems insane.

Seems to be their philosophy from Zelda as well. Would love more design like this....

Can you say a new Mother......with a bigger more interactive world....

Doom and Wolfenstein II was a big surprise.

Can't imagine how those titles will look on the big screen. DOOM is extremely well optimized but they will have to limit the eye candy and resolution drastically.

Unless we get a "Pro" dock with dGPU coming in the future. Would love to see this. Put everything on Switch, I love it but is limited and wouldn't want to waste playing AAA titles on the console.

Smo looks awesome.

Happy for doom and wolf3d

But seriously, they won't even discuss VC but they are re-releasing old Nintendo arcade games from the 80s?

Let's just hope this is the first step of VC.
