My 7 yr old is getting into gaming on XB1. He has a few Lego games, and I am good with that. But he watches all of these Super Mario videos for games on the switch. Obviously I am not getting him a nintendo switch. I also know there are no Mario games for the xbox. Are there any games you guys of roughly the same genre that we could check out?

I have put an emulator to some SNES games on there, and they work, but it's not all that great.

It's a puzzle game. Your kid will love it.

This is the best answer. Ori is good but might be too complicated for him.

Why would you insinuate the kid is a retard? That's messed up.

One of the best platformers ever, good for kids and adults too.

Max and the Curse of Brotherhood is really good too, more puzzle based though. Not too hard for a 7 year old.

My 6 year old is starting to get into video games. I'm debating on giving him my old Xbox 360.

I also have an SNES emulator on my PC with Super Mario All Stars and Super Mario Kart. I plan on showing him that over the weekend.

I mean if he’s into sports FIFA and NCAA 14. Madden and 2k are garbage.
