Piece of cake now. I mean, it's still dental work, and it takes longer, but all the horror stories you hear from people about them aren't true anymore.

What they didn't tell me was the additional costs for the crown. I had to wait a few months for my insurance to re-up before getting it done. That cost as much as the root canal.

I don't need all that...she's just going to clean out the inside, fill it and bleach it. It's a front tooth, so there's only a small canal. She said she could almost do it without the shot, but I'm like F that, you better have an assistant blow me if you try that noise.

I had a temporary build up in there (back tooth), and when they put in the permanent, since the tooth was dead, they said they could do it without numbing that area, but gave me the option. I decided to go without, and even though I felt nothing, it was a bit unnerving (pun). I felt like a boss telling people that I had a tooth drilled into without the shot, but I was pissing the whole time.

My dentist did a shallow cavity filling on one of my teeth with no numbing. I felt boss like after that.

You shouldn't be out for it. I went back to work the next day. But it's a good excuse if you just want to stay home. Everyone was surprised I showed up.
