Finished up -7.
Not great timing with the Major, but I think it'll be the 1st missed top 5 for me.

Just had the most unfortunate thing happen in my PGA Tour career...
Went at a flag on a par 3, but didn't hit it perfect (shocker) so the ball faded a little and wound up in the water. The game made me drop it on the sandy shore of the water, and every attempt I made at hitting the ball, the game would put the ball back in the water and make me drop again in the exact same spot
. Needless to say I stroked out and am now no longer leading the tournament with 2 holes remaining.

Man, I just couldn’t land the ball on any rewarding part of the green! Had a couple birdies where I choked on the upswing of the joystick. Had a handful of shots land on the green only to roll off.

Sometimes I think the game just wants you to lose. There’s no reason after playing so many holes over and over that all of a sudden your timing and accuracy is off.
Holes 3-7 I go birdie bogey birdie bogey birdie. Play entire back 9 bogey free with birdies missed by inches. Then all of a sudden Michael J Fox takes over for hole 18 and I don’t hit a fricking fairway on either my drive or approach shot on a par 5. Ball ends up 60+ feet on a slope from the X games so I decide to pitch it. Have a 5 foot putt that’s rims out and I get bogey. Unbelievable.

So, I just got this downloaded for xbox the other night. Been playing on PC, but a buddy of mine got it and wanted to play with me so I got it for the xbox as well.
Is it just me or is there some pretty significant lag on the shot meter on console? When playing on PC, I can pretty much time my swing transition based on where the meter is, and it is pretty immediate. On xbox, I have to somewhat guess and start the downswing a good bit before the meter actually reaches the target zone. On most hits, it isn't a big issue, but when it comes to putting and finesse shots, it is a nightmare. Is this an issue everyone is having?

Not a problem for me except on the "Pitch Shot" shot type. I cannot time that shot for the life of me. It always comes off Slow or Very Slow. I will do anything i can to avoid that shot and play around with Full, Splash, Flop, etc.
