Every preorder I've done charged the full amount when the product shipped or was picked up. There may be some nominal fee associated with preordering.

I buy all my games new, and my 360 has been hard lined since the day I bought it. Neither are issues for me. Lulz at the PS fanboys. They lost their "it's free to play online" line.

None of the issues people bring up with the Xbox bother me in any way. I just don't get the outrage.
The gaming podcast I listen to called the patch looked up what the reaction was when the 360 was announced and it was pretty damn similar.
People on the internet just love to bitch about things.
I can't wait to just download every one of my games. frick getting up to change discs.
I already preordered through Amazon. The only thing I have been charged for was the 2 year warranty I bought. It ended up somewhere around $550. I basically put down $50 for it.
I don't think they will charge you yet because it says the price is subject to change.

it looked interesting but when every fight ended with a QTE is got a little bit ridiculous.
