Kinect is driving the price up but you have to factor in the more expensive RAM the PS4 will be using.

My guess is either $449 or $499
I don't think it will be more expensive.
They learned a valuable lesson at the release of the PS3. No way IMO they go close to that high again.

I'd be surprised if it wasn't. Aren't they trying to differentiate themselves from MS by making a gaming machine for gamers? Less features need to be met with a lower price.

In contrast to what people pay for tech these days, $500 for a multimedia gaming system is NOT expensive at all.

I think that if PS4 got unveiled at $399 it would be pretty huge for Sony.
