D3 doesn't even begin to hold a candle that holds the candle for D2.
So glad Vicarious Visions is doing this, they've nailed multiple big time remasters so I actually have a lot of confidence in it.
Can't wait to dupe some SoJ's.

Diablo 2 is the best PC game ever in my opinion. Still holds up even without this graphics update but I can’t wait for this.

I have more playtime in D2 than any other game, save for probably day of defeat and I'm taking a wait and see approach because blizzard has lost all credibility at this point and any benefit of the doubt.

What they did with Warcraft 3 should cause anyone to pause before purchasing any remaster.
What will likely happen here is, they take the story and characters from the original D2 and update the graphics while giving it the same gameplay as D3 or the upcoming D4.

Man I really want to get this for console but I'm thisclose to buying a new pc to play it on. I just don't know if I can play Diablo on console. It feels like sacrilege.

True was just wondering if you could use mouse/keyboard combo on those consoles. I would want to get the full effect. Played waaaaay too many hours of this.
