the 2v2 alpha is now available to preload for the weekend. alpha starts tomorrow at lunch for us central time folks. you can download from the website straight to your PS4 if it's in "sleep/rest" mode.

i know this board is a little sour on CoD because of the last iterations over the years, but this is really a fun game mode. Y'all should definitely try it. It is free. No preorder needed and no PS+ needed. Here's a few tweet reviews so far.

So I played the #2v2alpha and I love it! I'm gonna try to hook up my PS4 in my gaming room tomorrow and try to stream it! It's got some incredible features and I cant wait for the beta!
Do people think verbally abusing their teammate in 2v2 is going to make them try harder instead of tank the game on purpose? Like, I can play worse if that’s how you’re going to be. #CallofDutyModernWarfare #2v2alpha

I’m so bad at this game mode but it’s oddly fun
The game feels good though. 2v2 on a tiny map just isn’t my style. The guns actually sounds amazing though. Who knew in 2019, almost 2020, that CoD would have better customization and just better overall feel of a gun than Ghost Recon (Breakpoint sounds like its going to flop HARD).
