AC1 was really cool, it just didn't have enough in it to keep it interesting

I really enjoyed AC 1 but it may have been just because it was something new and different.

AC 4 is my favorite yet. Level of difficulty for everything is up. The naval battles are fun and I'm enjoying the upgrade process. The story might not be my favorite, but everyting else is great.

My list:
1. AC2
2. Brotherhood
3/4. AC1/Revelations
5. AC3

Brotherhood and AC2 is probably neck and neck for me. Really enjoyed both.

Right now Black Flag has the potential to be up there. It's a huge step up from the shitshow that AC3 was so far. I apparently sail a boat better than I drive so I'm content for the moment.

I'm currently pillaging some brigs and trying to keep Naval fleets from blowing my arse out of the water until I can upgrade the ol' Jackdaw. I'm looking forward to some of the DLC content but I haven't touched the multiplayer yet. Might do that sometime this weekend.

There's a bull shark with my name on it that eluded me yesterday. I'm going to get that bastard.

And it truly is a beautiful game (on PS3 here, BluegrassBelle99). I'm looking forward to unlocking some of the underwater stuff as well. I came across a wreck that wasn't available yet so it's nice to see stuff that will unlock as you go with plenty available in the meantime.

Haven't picked it up yet, but I had planned to after I wrapped up Arkham Origins. The fact that they use that damn Drake song in the commercial is a real turn off for me, though

I could see this franchise going into ww2 where the nazis are templars

This is actually kind of addressed in game. They give some insights in to possible future settings. It seems as though Ubisoft doesn't want to get too modern with the settings, no cars, automatic weapons, etc.

They are releasing the latest PSVita edition, Liberation, on console sometime next year. Set in pre Revolution Louisiana.

Next settings imo are:

Egypt
Japan
1800s France
Wild West

Between those

At least according to desmonds DNA

WW1/2 won't happen imo and probably not the civil war either

I have only played AC 2 which I really liked.

Thinking about picking up black flag, how does it compare to ac2

AC4 has been awesome so far.

I did not finish AC3, and besides the maritime aspect, the game was meh.

AC4 has put a huge focus on that maritime aspect. It is really fun.

Does uplay do a preload? They seems like something they wouldn't be able to handle

Steam has let you preload today?

Only reason I'm using strickly uPlay is because free game codes made me.

I don't know. I'll be a little behind on this game since I'm played uncharted 2 right now. I do want to get to it soon but I figure giving it a couple of days to work some bugs out isn't the worst thing in the world. After that I will look for a cheap code
