Well in your original rules, you have it stated that it's two days per round. It's alot of work for you, but you could go solely based off of who has made an attempt to make time for games. If people have already coordinated with each other and need an extra day or two, then that is fine. However, for someone to wait 3-4 days with no response from their opponent, isn't fair.
