Yep it will work. It's what I use, you may want to turn down the sensitivity though.

Decided to head out from Key West to Cuba. Late night flight on a mouse and keyboard.
Just a WEEEEE bit of crosswind. Didn't survive the landing.
I'm getting better at landing on keyboard, but it's not easy.

How do I steer properly? Using my keyboard, if I turn, the damn plane spins. I compensate with the other direction, but it then spins the other way. Trying to level out the plane without it jolting in another direction is not easy.

I’m using the ace combat stick, and the rudder pedals that I had for the PS4. This game hasn’t really grabbed me. It doesn’t really bring me back to flight school like I anticipated ....and dealing with the mundane of mixing fuel, disengaging the parking, or keeping a screen open with all the shortcuts is a little much. Using a yoke and a three screen setup is probably a lot better. So far, the most fun I’ve had is Ali snackbarring friends homes and sending them screenshots. I wish there was crash sequences instead of a black screen telling me I overstressed my aircraft.

You steer by not using your keyboard to steer
Plug your xbox controller in and use that.

I'll use it in the future, but I found flying the Airbus A320 resulted in not as many forced barrel rolls than the Cessna.

I've noticed several instances where the landscape is more reflective of 2012 satellite images or somewhere around there rather than current satellite images

I've been having just as good a time as flying the drone around and sight seeing. Much easier than checking things out in the plane.

How do you use a drone? I just want to sight see and it's annoying to take in sights at ground level with an airplane.

I've been making my way through the bush trips. The Breckenridge to Mariposa-Yosemite trip is a little difficult because you don't have GPS. It's nice to have a challenge and the trips take you through some awesome places.
