Yes.
Monday is the big day. Microsoft's conference is at 9:30 AM (pacific), EA's starts at 1 PM, Ubisoft's at 3 PM, and Sony's conference is at 6 PM.
On top of that, WWDC starts 30 minutes after Microsoft's conference starts...

Its already been revealed.
As far as showing the actual consoles, yes I would assume they will finally show it. Plus all the new games.
