How many games can you play at a time?

I find that I can only really focus on 1 at a time. I get locked in and if I try to balance more than one it's just not enjoyable. I tried playing crysis and tomb raider but I feel like they both want more of my time which sucks because I do want to play both right now.

Gamefly (coupled with a PC in serious need of upgrading) had me playing a single game until finish consistently.
Since then, I tend to start games, get stuck playing multiplayer games etc where I have a ton of half finished games and have a hard time enjoying myself.

I just lose interest unless it's a great game. Even then, I get so engrossed in a game that I refuse to beat it just because I don't want it to end (hello Fallout...Skyrim...).

That's the main reason I don't have time for a pc. I have maybe 8 games on xbox I can barely touch. I'd be in trouble pissing away $5 here and there on dozens of games I'd never touch

I have a horrible attention span when it comes to games so I can never just play one. For instance, I am currently playing:
Ni No Kuni;
Valkyria Chronicles;
Infamous;
Skyrim; and
God of War
I'll play one for a few days and then switch over. It kind of sucks, because I never get into a groove but if I try to play one game exclusively I get burned out.

I can dabble in multiple games.
Im still on a dark souls kick, but with the last mass effect dlc being released, I am tempted to do a full playthrough of the entire series.
In fact, I already started. I'm on the citadel digging up dirt on saren.

I played through a chunk of it with one of my old characters.
Chock full of fan service. Comes off a little cheesy at times, but I enjoyed it overall. You can tell it was meant to be a proper send off of Shepard and his crew.
I still haven't done the party yet.

The party is the best part. Ever wonder if Vega or Jacob could do the most crunches? Well there is an answer now
