GTA V PS3 Installation Issues

I was hoping someone could please help. I bought the game and after I install it there is an endless loop when loading story mode. Brought it to Gamestop they told me to delete the game utility data. Did that, it didnt work so I got a new disk. Tried the new disk and having the same issues, so I think it may be me doing something wrong.

Any thoughts?
