It's a vast map for sure and having a vehicle is almost required. It took some getting used to. I totally agree with Blue that the terrain variations make late game way more fun. You have to scan the entire horizon for enemies rather than just hilltops and trees. This map seems like it was designed for full squads as playing solo and duo makes it feel much bigger and more difficult because there's so much to watch.

that's what brothers me

not so much needing a vehicle, but driving one in the terrain is so bumpy it's insane

They're encouraging players to utilize different vehicles appropriately. The last I heard they were adjusting vehicle speeds and handling to be slower and harder to control when not on road. You shouldn't be able to ramp a microbus over a mountain at high speed IMO. The need for a vehicle is something that people will get used to.

Blue I'm a firm maybe. On call today.

I get that, but I am having trouble driving the Bronco over easy terrain. It's way too easy to flip.

I also don't see the purpose of the van. That shite is a death trap.

New map is legit. Loving dropping into Pecado and hitting up the boxing arena.

Im warming up to the new map. The houses and buildings don't have much character and there seems to be a ton of floating objects and exterior staircases that don't meet the ground. The terrain is great though. Its nice to be able to use it to disappear.

We had a whole squad each in our own van just driving around the map honking our horns until the map got down to like 12 left

I think those exterior staircases (the fire escape ones?) aren't supposed to hit the ground. I think they're there if you land on the roof you have a way to get down.

Agree. Unless they add bigger squad games (like 6), I just dont see the point of them. They're slow, cant climb worth a frick, and eat gas.

6 person squad games would be hella fun though

Too many buildings in cities
Too big overall
You need a vehicle to travel almost every game, everything but the buggy and 2 seater bike flips easily
Loot is too spread out
I also don't like how you can get on almost any roof

Not a fan, but I'll keep playing it. Hopefully it grows on me

I think he means telephone poles missing the bottom three feet of the pole and stuff like that.

yeah

or the mining buildings that you cannot get on.

That's something that really bothers me. Whenever I get shot, I immediately look at the higher windows or rooftops of the really tall buildings; not knowing you cannot get up there.

I guess eventually I'll learn where you can or cannot go

I think some of the buildings are a pain in the arse to loot. I try to stick to the warehouses and bigger buildings.

I haven't noticed that yet. I'll have to pay closer attention. I've been busy learning how to loot these confusing as frick buildings with 8 doors that lead you in the same circle

Also been trying to find cool places to vault around too

yeah, it's crazy how many doors they have in a larger building with 3 floors

Almost every time I've played this new map I've fallen on some random decline that didn't look bad. They need to put something on the ground to show where you can't walk. Blue and I watched some duo walk and fall to their death

From my gameplay, warehouses have had the highest yield loot, and by far the easiest to loot. The outdoor arenas and fighting arenas are a second
