Using a gaming keyboard like Logitech or Razor mouse that can do macros or scripts, do they only record keyboard or mouse clicks or can you move your mouse pointer to a spot on a screen in the game and then do a mouse click?

Anyone have experience doing this type of macroing? I'm like to get one for use in Diablo 3 and wanted to see what was possible.

For instance swapping out MF gear from inventory window, instead of clicking each item would like to hit 1 button to do it. I know I can macro multiple key strokes or key presses but didn't know if you could do mouse movements also.

I have a Hotkey system that runs a .txt file and swaps out gear.
However, Im not even sure MF gear swapping still works. Cant search patch notes at work, but Im pretty sure that MF is calculated differently now, so whatever you have when whatever dies, isn't the MF used to calculate drops.

I use the Logitech G15, makes macro recording easy. But it only records keystrokes and delays between keystrokes.

I stand corrected. It actually does work.

However, its not worth it. You can get 75% with just NV stacks. Which means you're 225% below the cap.
Now if you farmed MP5 (which is rather easy) you get a 125% MF bonus. So now you are at 225 MF, 75 below the cap. If you can find a couple of "stat stick" items to make up the rest of the difference between 225 and the cap, then you'll be farming entire acts at 300% MF instead of only bosses/champs/etc and have the same odds of the same items with less hastle and way more inventory space.

Not to mention, doing paragon grinding on inferno MP1 will probably net you more gold faster and more magic items along the way than any sort of high MP grinding and along the way boosting your natural MF.

Then again, I havent played this game since November when all my bots got banned.

If you still want an an HKMacro system anyway, leave me your email and I'll send you the actual file itself or I can send you to a place to download it.
