Anyone played it? I started playing FM13 a couple months ago and really enjoyed it. I've heard mixed reviews on FM14 and I don't trust any of the critic reviews these days because I think alot of those guys get paid to write BS reviews. So anyone who has played it should I pull the trigger on $49.99?

I would wait for at least a couple of patches. The game is never great on release date and each patch released generally bring big changes to the match engine so formations and tactics that worked for you are suddenly nerfed pretty badly.

I usually wait until it drops to half price and pick it up.

Fm13 has held its value pretty well. Fm12 was like 75% off ($5) a few months after it released. I didn't see fm13 get that low.

I personally think, since fm2011, the game has got worse.

So few editors, and the ones creating are charging. Used to be, the community made the game. U made editor, i would make preseason editor, another guy created roster patch, etc. Now it's 1 guy making editors and he's charging.

Still have 2012 and 2013 they sit on steam, still play 2011 weekly.

Yea see I started with FM13 so I have no idea where the series stands with the loyal fans/customers.
