I meant from your current setup to a 3070. I don't think you need to worry about making the jump to a 3070ti unless you really don't need the computer right now and want to return the 3070 and wait for the other pc to come in
The 5800x/3070 build would be a little better for streaming if you plan on picking that back up, but the 10700k/3070ti would be better for straight up gaming

The GPU not the CPU. 5800X is slightly better for gaming than 10700K. He's referring to the slightly more powerful 3070ti.

They're both the same, just newer/better architecture on the AMD
The second system with a 3070ti will still probably bring higher FPS while streaming but the 5800x will get a higher 1% lows

Josh and I haven't heard anything from the MTech guy in the last week or so - he was supposed to have both of our cards last week. I'm going to try and call this week and see if I can get ahold of him, going on week 5 on Tuesday.

Tomorrow begins week 4 for me. I figured I’d give him the whole week before calling. Then if he doesn’t deliver, I’m gonna throw the orders after mine getting filled in his face.

The fulfillment makes no sense..there's people all over the place getting cards with orders from mid-July still open.
Also, the pace of cards being received has slowed down a lot. I dunno, I'm not exactly worried yet, but hopefully we get some answers next week.

I was thinking I would call Wednesday, if I'm not too busy. Gives him time to get the orders out that he got in last this week and first thing Monday. And it seems reasonable being Tuesday is our five week mark.
ETA: Plus they have that tropical storm rolling through Monday evening, so I'll probably keep an eye on how bad that as, as well.

I think he's doing the opposite, actually. Seems that the ones that are getting are the ones that don't really say much.

As best as I can tell, he’s very strictly following orders, as in when he orders a batch of cards, they are linked to specific orders that have already come in. So if one shipment catches a shipping snag but the one after it doesn’t, then those people might get their cards sooner even though they ordered later.
Or it’s all fricking random. Who knows at this point
