I have the Heroic, Legendary and Mythic. Apparently there is a Mythic 2 (ODST Maps). I don't even remember MP on ODST. Do you have that one?

Originally I think they were 800 a piece. Since I had paid for them years ago, they were free this time. Anything you pay for on Xbox Live is always free if you ever redownload it.

Possibly. Just go to the marketplace and game add ons and halo 3 and find the map packs. If there is a check beside them, you can get them again for free

I'm going to try to play some for a bit. Played one game earlier and didn't do bad. Like riding a bicycle.
