You are def missing it, you have to do it in the offseason or when you create the dynasty.

I've thought about realigning conferences STRICTLY on geography. Thus, teams like FIU, FAU, UCF, USF, Miami, Florida, and FSU would all be in the same conference. Probably throw in GT and UGA, USCe and Clemson, and you've got yourself a conference.

Sounds like it could be fun.

Have you given up on NCAA for the moment?

No I actually can not play against ANYONE at the moment but I am going to gravitate towards madden this year.

My connection will let me get on Xbox join parties, watch Netflix, download, surf the web, but I can not connect to anyone in a game

if Madden is halfway as cool and I think it is I will probably never touch NCAA again. They really need to expand the dynasty and coaching aspect of that game to get me to buy another one.

I want to be able to hire coordinators that will have a difference in how the offense/defense plays and how good they are. If you win games you should be given more money to hire coordinators away. Same with head coaches; if a school offers me more money and more money to buy assistants, I'll go there. Having an A+ prestige coordinator should make the defense better and the players should improve. Also, if your winning championships you should be able to upgrade certain things to make recruiting easier. Say you have a B for athletic facilities, you win your conference or NC and you should be able to upgrade the facilities and it bumps them up to a B+ or A-.

I doubt NCAA would ever add that in though.

All of which used to be in madden. This year they have gotten close to that but they give you goals to reach as a coach and your players have XP points to spend as well.

They sent a tech over the other day and he was like well the wifi is working so idk what's going on..... I almost killed him in my kitchen

But seriously, I know what you mean. They need to take it further to get me into it. The coaching carousel was a good start but they need to keep going with it.
