Darla, I am so far ahead of the #2 recipe that I need to call off the troops for a week or two until I see what the other entrants are doing.

Why? Just get a 20k lead and ride it out
What we should do is get 2 other TD users to enter and get them into 2nd and 3rd. Have them make like canned sauce with store-bought veggie pasta and submit it

I know better than to count chickens before I see eggs, but that was my thought, too. Been a while since I drove in Europe, but 8-10 nights sounds a lot better than 4. I doubt they would care.
