LINK OMG, I had no idea. I've always watched my sodium intake, had no idea fast food was so high! I'm glad I don't eat any of that unless I have too.

Popeye's Chicken Po' Boy: This Southern favorite nestles two battered, fried chicken tenders in a French baguette with pickles and mayo. This fatty, salty combo has 2,120 milligrams of sodium and 635 calories.

I don't want to know what the Popeye's 2 pc dark with red beans and rice with a side of onion rings has.

Seriously?

You're just now finding that fast food is not the best thing to put in your body?

Well pretty much any quickly prepared food you get whether it be fast food or canned or frozen will be loaded with sodium. Just an FYI.

And in that meal I would put the sodium content down the list from calories and saturated fat as far as what to stay away from

I was not happy when I found out how many fat grams were in a large popcorn at the movies, I should walk there and back to qualify for one these days

Yep. Lean Cuisine and company are guilty of this. But that is the flavor they substitute for the fats.
