Will anywhere in baton rouge grind a few lb of brisket.

Would like to do burgers tonight and want to try a brisket mix.. Don't want the whole brisket tho Just enough for a few burgers.

Calandros, Whole Foods and probably Fresh Market but I wouldn't wait too long. Butchers will be heading to the house soon I'm sure.

Yep, you will more than likely have to buy either the whole or 1/2 brisket...

Hi Nabor will too but you have to get wherever before the butcher leaves.
And if you want a whole one, SAMs will do it while you wait on anything they sell. They will gring a whole ribeye for you if you ask. Or they will trim it up. My sister gets whole tenderloins and has them trim them.

calandros said i had to buy the whole brisket.. wasn't interested in that... butcher suggested some ground tenderloin he had... i mixed that with pork...
bge is getting up to speed now.

Next time have them trim and grind you a chuck roast. I do this from time to time and the burgers are great. Esp on the BGE

Get a Kitchen Aid mixer, it comes with a whole lot more toys that it will work than just a grinder.
