picked up the 2 pack at Costco last weekend for $63
That’s not a bad price for the 2 pack, 1910 is probably ~$50 by itself.
I’ve only seen it at Costco, pretty sure that’s all that it’s distributed to in Louisiana right now.

its a yearly Christmas deal. I could have sworn it was higher during Chsritmas. when I saw it for $63 I was like, well the 100 proof is $30 so this is a deal.

Starting off the new thread with my new buy. Been looking for this for a while, and Martins pulled through for me. It was worth the wait. Delicious.

hell yeah. Glad to see Martin's carrying Arran again.
That's the new style packaging. I don't have the 10, but I have the old packaging 14 and 18 and a couple other single barrel expressions.
Q has nothing on this thread.
Took a flyer on Benchmark No. 8 (under $11 at Albertson's) - same distillery as Buffalo Trace - respectable. Strong vanilla notes and a subtle burn. Wont be replacing my Old Forester 1920, but not bad when you are slumming.

My 2PD is a peat he recommended I try. Nose is heavy smoke, but oh man the taste is impressive. Great balance of smoke and sweet. I find myself now gravitating to scotch more than anything else. So much character to it.

Peated scotch is tough to beat.
