What's the best way to ship a six pack of bottles?

I'm trading beers with a buddy in the midwest. I'm sending him some of this:

You need to bubble wrap each bottle individually and then put packing material around them in the box so they don't move around. You need to avoid glass to glass contact.

Buy something from an online beer purveyor and use the package they send stuff in. Beergeek.biz used to ship stuff nicely.
