Pic of the finished product

Marinade is:
Apricot preserves
Worcestershire
Soy sauce
BBQ rub
Orange juice
Ginger
Hot sauce
Brown sugar
Garlic

I blend it up in the blender and use half in the vacuum marinater then glaze with the rest.

I'm going to grill some venison jalapeño and cheese sausage and some bacon wrapped tenderized venison steak bombs.

BL Lime is the drink of choice.

It's gonna be chuck roast in the crock-pot with carrots and mushrooms and red wine. Caprese salad with mediocre tomatoes. Broccoli.

First I wanted LL's sandwich. Then CBLSU's ... all that fried fried fried goodness, oh man.

The glazed grilled chicken looks like it needs eating!

I rarely fry food but I made that sandwich about a year ago and it was great so we tried it again tonight.........it was just as good.
