I live in GA, if you ask for tasso here, the say dafuq? And as far as andoullie, Smithfield bullshite is available. I can't get stuff like that here unless I order it and pay bookoo in shipping. I normally just buy a good grade pork sausage and season it up on stuff like RBnR. I have to improvise.

I don't know if I would go THAT far but I agree that it should be a last choice if there aren't better options. I almost went off on a family member when she told me she fixed Tilapia for dinner shortly after moving to Portland!
