I said in my best FG voice, "Jenny, I am not a smaht man, please hep me". After 7 hours, I was satisfied that she would take care of me. The OPFD never called me after i left.

wink, too late on our butts,, they dropped and lowered a few (several) years ago.

Brisket done, sweet and spicy outer with a moist inside.



Baked sweet potato waffle fries and a salad with a Italian influenced dressing and goat cheese. Also some aundouille that needed to be grilled.

Thanks. The rub somewhat overtook the meat, but overall wasn't too bad. Luckily it had a good blend of sweet and spicy. Forgot to cook the asparagus, guess it will wait until tomorrow.

I would like to make some sausage at some point. My sons great uncle on the bitch side is a deer processor, so I could get a deal on some casings, and probably use his grinder and stuffer too.
