I didn't make it. It was from a cooking class that included four cooking stations. My sample was from a different station than the one pictured, but I ate before remembering I wanted a pic!
I didn't teach and I wasn't a student. A lucky taster!

That's a solid dish for a cooking school full of a bunch of Corks N Canvas people.
