Haven't done Ziti in a long time. Actually the wife does it, but you understand.

Good Ziti would be nice on a chilly rainy night.

Bordeaux should go nicely with Ziti. Maybe crusty bread with butter also, finished off with a nice nap in the recliner.

One of his best offerings. The sauce isn't too spicy, nice depth in flavor. Chicken is nice and moist, he used thighs thankfully. Picked up some zucchini and threw them on the grill I've never used over here.

Haha, I almost fell out of chair. Hope my boss doesn't lurk here. I don't know how I missed the alarm, I was scared shiteless.

Good stuff. Not too spicy? He's usually pretty heavy handed when he does Indian or thai food.

Grilled catfish dinner at Randol's. Had to send it back because the fish was not cooked thoroughly and the sides were cold. Really, it sucked arse. Had to eat there for a work thing.

have you never been to Rollin' in Shreveport??

it's a small square chocolate cake topped with a ball of vanilla icing then drizzled with chocolate that hardens and creates a shell. they're magnificent.

My dinner was bad, but my lunch was superb. Part of it was Barbecued Shrimp over Smoked Cheddar Polenta:

R2R, the smoked cheddar in the polenta was smashing! The picture I took was not my serving, however. Mine was not as overwhelmed by butter as the serving pictured.

BTW, that dessert pic from Rollin in the Dough looks delicious!
