Try almond butter. It's better for you and in shakes it's not too much of a sacrifice. If you make sandwiches with it...well...that's a different story

almond milk,

I have a friend that uses this exclusively. I drink chocolate soy milk, but I prefer plain ole skim milk in cereal and cooking and stuff.

They use the whole raw almond.

I think I saw a recipe on how to make it yourself.

Google is your friend...

I asked the same question awhile back.

From Zach:

quote:

Yes, Lucy is my wife. I use that name because I feel like Ricky Ricardo married to Lucille Ball. She is a bit zany and difficult to deal with. We've been married 18 years last month. My first marriage was 17 years. Then, I was single for 3 years before I met Lucy. But I've always been a cook since I went off to college at age 18 with no money for restaurants. Lucy has never learned to cook and has no interest in doing so. I keep asking her: "What will you do when I die?" She says: "The pool boy will do it." We don't have a pool.

I feel like I knew Si in another (younger) life.

If I ever chose to have a hero, it might be Si.
