She may have gotten it Anchored, but it didn't work out exactly like she wanted. She was expecting ya'll to join her in ganging up on me. Happens quite regular on other boards. I'm sorry she/I brought that here.

Now more about Food:
Still haven't tried the bacon wrapped dates....maybe this weekend.

I rarely go to the OT, so I wouldn't know.

Try the dates. I love them stuffed with some blue cheese or chorizo or another spicy sausage. Sometimes, I use prosciutto instead of bacon.

The OT would love & respect you there, just as much as we do here.

That sounds so good & perfect. Do they freeze well after you assemble them?

I doubt that.

I've never frozen dates, so I'm not sure that would work well. The texture is a bit like a raisin or a prune. I don't think I've ever seen them frozen either, but you could put one in the freezer and see what happens. Now, I'm craving them. A little sweet, saltiness of the cheese and that bacon flavor go together well.

But where's the line? People respond & it's not just one person & if everyone is getting alone & sharing their passion about food-what's wrong with that? This is board is based out of LA., I'm from S. LA. In my mind, by posting here, I imagine myself breaking bread with these people every night. I guess some just don't feel the same way I do.

Hasn't happened in a long time. I think it happens when someone RA's. I don't think they worry about some IMing in these threads and, anyway, the disagreement was over food. Big woo.
