Probably the best bar in the WHD. Great patio, solid selection of beers on tap, nice selection of scotch and whiskey, usually have live music going on starting little bit later into the night. On the weekends they always have either a food truck parked outside, they boil crawfish, or they have a vendor (usually bbq) set up on the big patio. Cool crowd .. mix of older younger, mostly just normal people. Right amount of TVs. No lines for the bathrooms. Good looking girls rotating in and out. Very solid bartenders.

I'm gonna do the same with mine next week. My compost pile is starting to cook. But I have to reach down to the bottom to get the rich soil.

Remember to slip the whole plant out and score it before re potting. Then a good watering to wake it up from it's winter sleep.

Are you a chef by trade? Didn't think so! You had to learn just like I am by asking questions. And as pompous as you are, I would think you would LOVE to enlighten a novice such as myself.

Also-
I don't go around with a food thermometer in hand taking temps of my food. I know it's cooked by the look & feel of it an seafood is simple.

May I ask why, at 50 years old, you're still a novice in the kitchen? Genuinely curious.

this is pretty rough, but just to give you an idea

chicken int temp = 165
beef = 125-165
seafood = 145-155

I haven't been starving myself. I have had some food, just not alot of it. I've been sick & nothing tastes really good after you have been sucking on Halls cough drops.

I am not 50 years old. And I am a novice at cooking meat in the oven. I cook it mostly in gravys & stews.
