Thanks, bro! I will try my hand at making this tomorrow or Sunday night. I am looking forward to it.

I will be using red wine vinegar instead of sherry vinegar, and I am thinking about a little grated parmesan on it at the end.

Hmmm ... Come to think of it, that might be kinda good. I'd use a sausage patty instead of ground beef, though.

I would imagine this is OK, but remember red wine will be sour in comparison to sherry, which is an already aged, and potent wine.

My suggestion, taking into account your grand culinary capacity, is that you do yourself a favor and get some sherry vinegar, when possible.

Sherry vinegar is a much more subtle flavor. And one I personally love.
