Sirloin on cast iron skillet topped with crawfish sauce. Got a link of boudin and a link of andouille to make into something too, any ideas?

love em. last time I made them I finished them off under the broiler to melt some pecorino on top

FDT in my house will be smothered chicken, brown gravy, carrots, onions + side of broccoli + whiskey

Menu:

Leftover Chicken Salad for sammiches
New Chili
New Corn Bread
New Strawberries sliced with sugar

Dogs ate the last of the Red Beans and Rice. I also bought them some French Bread on the reduced rack. They said it was excellent.

Took some Gumbo out to thaw. Should be ready tomorrow.

if you're going for happy hour definitely one or two of the pizzas. tutto carne, lamb meatball and bolzano are all highly spoken of. off the entree menu I like stracci w/ oxtail & fried chicken livers

I need to get down there soon again.

I love the pizzas there. I also like:

Casoncelli (lamb ravioli with brown butter, pancetta & sage) and the branzino

My GF got the wood roasted goat which was legit too
