Evenin, JayEm

Salad of arugula, daikon radish greens, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta crumbles, topped with hamburger patty cooked in a skillet.

Hamburger salad, y'all. My go to when I don't really want to cook but want something tasty & easy.

still looks tasty cape.

I had 2 cheeseburgers. I'm thoroughly convinced now a burger on the stove is better than the grill. Really something that lends itself to cooking in its own fat.

Burgers on a griddle are great, too. Especially when you smell grilled onions on the side.
