Buttermilk, egg, and tiger sauce dredged, floured and black iron skillet fried chicken tenders. Roasted, home-grown sweet potatoes and chocolate covered pretzels for desert! Ms. Up can cook!

Beginning the lasagna. It's the Pioneer Woman recipe that is very non-traditional (sliced cheese, cottage cheese, breakfast type sausage, Monjuni's sauce, etc.) .. just making that warning before I get ridiculed when I post photos

Not claiming this to be passed from Italian family that jumped ship in New York or something.
