Cabbage salad. Very simple. Shredded cabbage with salt, pepper, veg. oil and vinegar. Stir and let marinate for 3 or so hours.

Not even close to Spannish rice. Stewed tomatoes cooked down with a spoonful of bacon grease, salt, pepper, garlic, and basil. Served over cooked rice. Almost soupy, leaving most of the tomato juice when served. I used my canned garden maters. Good stuff!

Salami
Provolone
Mustard/Chardonnay
Olive Oil Mayo
Tomato
Pickles
Pressed n Flour Tortilla.

Pita chips and hummus.

Water

You should have added some truffles and a white wine reduction. At the very least.
