I'm having whats known as remorse chicken thighs. I got a case of remorse when I saw them in the refirgerator earler today.

A stir fry concoction of thin sliced sirloin, sausage, onions, and shrooms. Should be interesting.

Had a gift card to Logan Farms so I picked up a brisket, it is warming in the oven now.

Anyone know if their briskets are worth a shite? I had some filets from there and they were damn good.

If all else fails just have her throw that concoction into an omelet.

Eating kind of light tonight. Cucumber, tomato and red onion salad, with feta and crumbled bacon in home made Italian dressing with garlic clove stuffed French bread toasted with grated parmesan and mozzarella.

That is healthy eating for me

She is out of town and would not approve of this concoction.

ETA: it turned out pretty damn good.

Roast in the crock pot with remorse banana bread. I felt remorse when I saw the bananas turning brown.

I use to make this for my son often when he was little-he's more of a meat & potatoes kinda guy now. Brings back some good memories.

Sounds like something I would make when I don't go to the grocery store after work!
