Not saying that, though I admit on occasion I’ve gorged myself and was in physical pain afterwards. Just saying that an all-you-can-eat place isn’t the place to use restraint.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure Sushi Masa is all you can eat ordered from a menu. You just keep ordering and they'll just keep bringing it.

Sat at the sushi bar a few times and it seemed they had a person dedicated to their roll that is shrimp tempura and “snow crab” because of how many people order it. I imagine the cost per roll on that makes up for the loads of sashimi others order.
