Suggestions for Beausoleil?

Momma is a teacher and got a gift certificate there, so the family is going for lunch today.
What is the FDB's take on this place? All I know about it is that it's run by the same people who worked the kitchen at the Galatoire's that opened in BR post-Katrina (correct me if I'm wrong).
Anyone have any suggestions?

My wife, sis, and mom went there a few months ago and the food was great. I got the sweetbreads app, a beet salad, and the shredded rabbit with spaetzle.
Doesn't really help you for lunch, but everything we ordered was on point. Service was a little slow, but they were pretty busy the night we went.
Parents got the wife and I a GC for Christmas, and I'm looking very forward to going back

The mussels and scallops are great! The pork cheek/belly entree was really good the last time I was there.

I much prefer dinner to lunch.
Not that lunch isn't good but its kinda "normal" compared to their dinner menu. For dinner, I love the mussels and the beet salad. Hear the pork cheeks are good but they're out every time I've been.

I had lunch there once and it was really good. Catfish over rice dressing topped with crawfish etouffee.
Never had a sandwhich though.

I always get the chicken salad on a pretzel bun. It's amazing!
