Restaurants comp things when they themselves screw something up. For Ruth's to comp a bottle of wine b/c of the actions of a customer goes beyond normal customer service.
I'd like to know why Treble Hook didn't turn down the offer of the wine saying "that's awfully nice of you but you guys did nothing wrong. Thanks for taking care of the problem."

not only did he not do that, but he accepted having basically his entire meal comped like the piece of shite that he is .. i am glad he ragequit tigerdroppings ..
