I plan on it and actually do miss seeing her there.

I have started walking a mile at noon daily plus my cardio (stationary) along with lifting

Today will be 6th visit to the gym. As per usual my weight is up and down since I'm going through big spells of being sore. need to drink more water, but things are finally starting to normalize a bit and I can finally walk again without feeling like a weeble wobble

I am solidly under 180 I thought yesterday was a fluke but it was not I am somewhat excited and going to low it today though.

No workout or watching Calories I am meeting up with the cousins and nieces for dinner. My Carbs will rocket. After today though until the week of the 4th it is going to be pretty strict.

March 1 208
June 9 179.2

I feel that is fantastic and after I initially plateaued I have began to lose .75-1 lb a week, which to me means it will be easier to keep off.

awesome!

I hit the workouts hard this week, frustrated at the stall, but managed to drop another 2.2 this morning, down to 251.8, so I'm only about 3lbs from my pre accident weight, and 4 days from the 11 month mark, if feels good to finally be putting at least some of it behind me.

Happy Monday, y'all. How'd you do this weekend? I was lazy AF & feel fat today. I'm fasting this morning to reset.

I feel off the wagon and went all kinds of stupid, but somewhat planned. Starting today until June 30 it is strict like before. But on the good news front I went and worked out on Saturday AM and walked for about 1.3 miles yesterday.

Hoping some "motivation" will be at the gym this week.

Diet was fine this weekend, but I didn't do anything as far as exercise. First weekend off in like forever, so I stayed home and tried to get a bunch of things done around the house. Back to workouts tonight though.

broke off of the rapid fatloss diet on friday night and had crawfish bisque, sweet potatoes with cinnamon sugar and then bread pudding for dessert. Saturday I ate quite a bit also but yesterday I fasted until 10 and had a small protein shake so overall no damage done and actually lost weight and about 1/2" around my waist.

242/187.2/178 waist was at a new low of 32" flat which is lower than it was last year at 180lbs and bodyfat is at new low of 10.57%. If I reach goal weight I will be a little of 6% BF.

Glad to see everybody doing good, especially you Hulk.
Really happy to see your progress with avatar. I am using it just as a check in but will prolly cancel eventually. I know how to adjust them myself, so no need for it really.

I am sticking to the rapid fat loss diet until vacation the 2nd week of july. Will do a 10 week recomp when I get back until my mexico vacation in late september. Will be doing lean gains style but eating whole 30 approved foods plus protein powder and cashew milk. So about 85% whole 30. Trying to get my cholesterol better. When get back from vacation its bulk time though. Gonna try to be 10-12lbs more muscular come next summer.

It hurt at the gym today. My shoulder and rotator cuff is on fire due to flys. My motivation wasn't there either, sigh. But I did try to tan to get ready for the beach.
