Is RFL the same thing as PSMF?

Yeah.

It caused me a lot of... gastrointestinal distress

But the fat just flies off

I wouldn't mind trying it but I'm in my 2nd week of a conservative reverse with avatar. Have a cruise coming up in September

Plan was/is to reverse 8 weeks, 4 weeks maintenance, then 4 week cut leading up to the cruise

It's not ideal but I was at ~1800 cals cutting and the desire to binge was strong and I was stalling weight wise

Where would you suggest doing a stint of PSMF in this schedule? Or just stick with what I'm doing?

I went grocery shopping this weekend and told myself "no halo top, it's too expensive" frickin' Winn-Dixie. Walked out with 6 pints b/c of the bogo.

Tried jogging and added in a short sprint today after my workout to see how the foot would hold up. Jogging was easy and no problem...getting up on the toes and sprinting made me nervous.

I'm not weighing myself until I'm done. If I get some fricking awful number it'll push me over the edge to quit this diet.

I just wanna eat some food and hit the fricking weights hard.

I need to take advantage of this sale if it's still on. I've been hitting the Blue Bell Bride's Cake a little too hard. Weight is still unaffected, but I don't want that to change & start creeping up.

It is life changing. No hyperbole. I think Blue Bell is generally overhyped, but this shite is so good. It's like a delicious ice cream version of a wedding cake snowball, only it's not cloyingly sweet.

I haven't been to a wedding in years. I get to go to one this weekend. I've never met the couple, so I'm more just like "yay" for an excuse to dress up.

So how did you get invited to this wedding if you do not know anyone?

The last wedding I went to was no bar and reception at the church, so yeah it was no bueno. But it was my niece's so I acted like I had fun.

True that. How did tennis go this week? Today is another gym day for me and a Floozy said she will be there, so guess I better make an appearance.
